In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and we will where possible send substitute goods. Delivery and P&P
We charge £3.99 per order only, irrespective of the number of items or number of deliveries except where products display the van symbol where it is £10.00 for each item.
We aim to deliver within 10 days using Royal Mail or courier. Please allow a further 7 days before you query a non-delivery. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet these estimated timescales however sometimes delays may occur. We shall not be liable to you for any such delay or failure to deliver the goods within these estimated timescales.

Returning Goods. Goods must be returned in mint condition, complete with all contents and packaging.
